Every new title added to its shelves.
Every replacement for a well-loved book.
Every month, the doors stay open.
Every child who discovers reading because there was something waiting for them inside. Those are the things that give a library its real value.
That is why we're asking you to give R67 this Mandela Month.
The number is not arbitrary. It honours Nelson Mandela's 67 years of service.
It reminds us that lasting change is built through practical acts, repeated over time.
R67 is about the price of a takeaway coffee & a tip.
On its own, it may seem modest.
Combined with hundreds of other R67 donations, it helps place more books into libraries like the one arriving in Lephalale.
It helps ensure those shelves continue to grow long after the ribbon is cut.
